Cross Pollination of posts presents problems of direction

Ok, so I have all these wonderful social media tools, and they are kind enough to help me be more organized by letting me post to one, say twitter, and twitter sends it to facebook, which then sends it to tumblr, but then I have tumblr set to post to facebook and twitter, and so now you can see where the confusion is going to make things a sticky mess.  Add in a third party blogging software like Windows Live writer to become your focal point for writing, and begin to throw in your add ins and now we have a mess.

I will have to begin fine tuning this process and learn what services to use from which platform, and which direction they should move, and have some structure to reduce/eliminate duplication of posts across platforms
